October Wedding- The Money Shot

Fall Is In The Air!

Aside from the Christmas Season, Fall is one of my favorite times of year. You can't beat the cool air, College Football (go Noles!), Pumpkin everything, and of course, the boots! I get so excited every year when I can pull out my scarves, paint my nails a dark shade, and have an excuse to drink beer on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. In honor of my favorite season, here are some essentials to get you in the spirit of Fall, if you're not there already.

Today I Designed My Life With Intention

.....And it felt great! My friend Caitlin picked little ole ME to participate in the Design Your Life with Intention Series on! I open up a bit and share some of my intentions for the future and some things I'd like to work on. As I was writing each intention, I got a little carried away and came up with a few more. It felt empowering to write it all out! Here are a three more intentions I have:

 Stay In Touch:

Two words: snail mail. I don't think there's anything better! Having left my comfort zone in Florida, staying in touch with loved ones is really important to me. Yes, I have been blessed with a close-knit family, but that doesn't mean talking to each one of them happens on a daily basis, my mother and sister being an exception (I think we average about 2-3 calls per day). I know the phone works both ways, which is why I need to do a better job of reaching out. Daily. In regards to my girlfriends, well let's just say the one's I have grown closest to since my move are the friends I least expected. And as much as it makes me sad that some relationships were a bit more shallow than I thought, I couldn't be happier with the newfound bonds I have made over the past few months. Staying in touch is not a one way street.

 Fight Hard:

Something I intend to do is to fight for what I want. I haven't necessarily been passive about the things I feel, want, or need, but I want to make more of an effort to not give up when that seems like the easiest solution. I want to push myself, my relationships, and my career to be the most successful and bountiful as they can be. I know I have the fight in me, I just have to find it. And once I do, I think great things will happen for me.

Blog More:

This one is really important! I know, I know, excuses are like a$$holes, everyone has one. But I have been really busy/stressed trying to find a JOB and honestly, I've been pretty uninspired lately. I need to just learn to sit at my computer and just type or find a pretty picture to post. My goal is to post 3 times per week for the next month. I think that is a realistic goal and after that, hopefully it becomes second nature to post every single day!

I hope people can relate to these intentions and I highly suggest writing out your own, personal goals. It really does feel great!

Happy Wednesday! XO

The Perfect Shot

If a picture is worth a thousand words, than these photos are worth billions...
